FTAPIAS puts at your disposal, through the website: www.ftapias.com (hereinafter, the “Web page"), this privacy policy in order to inform you, among other things, how and for what purposes your personal data is processed and how you can exercise your rights in relation to them. 

1. Data controller

If you are a European citizen or not and wish to contact the Spanish company within the FTAPIAS group, your data will be processed by the business entity NAVIERA FTAPIAS GALICIA, S.L., with Tax ID (NIF) B-70276001, registered office at Calle Ayala 27, 1º Dcha, 28001 Madrid (Spain), contact email info@ftapias.com, and registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, Volume 35,751, Folio 171, Sheet M-642,495. This processing complies with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

If you are a non-European citizen and wish to contact the Mexican company within the FTAPIAS group, your data will be processed by FTAPIAS MÉXICO II S.A. DE C.V., RFC FTM100909I26, with registered office at Avenida Río San Joaquín 406, 11th Floor, Ampliación Granada, 11523 Mexico City. It is registered in the public property registry under commercial folio 423033-1 and public deed 14,800. The contact email is info@ftapias.com. In this case, according to Articles 15 and 16 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), the data controller would be the Mexican company.

In the future, both companies jointly referred to as “FTAPIAS”.

2. Personal data processed by FTAPIAS

FTAPIAS may collect and process the following categories of data:

• Identifying information (such as name and surname, if applicable).
• Contact information (personal email address).

3. Purpose of processing and legal basis

The purpose is to manage inquiries, requests for information, complaints, and suggestions based on your request.

The legal basis is the consent you provide by submitting requests, suggestions, and complaints through these channels. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on prior consent withdrawal. However, revoking consent will result in the inability to process your inquiry or information request.

Subsequently, your personal data will be duly blocked while necessary for compliance with legal obligations to which FTAPIAS may be subject and for addressing potential liabilities arising from the processing, only during the statute of limitations period.

FTAPIAS will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except as required by law. There are no transfers of your personal data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

If you are a non-European citizen and wish to contact the Mexican company within the FTAPIAS group, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection to the processing of your personal data by submitting a request for these purposes via email to: info@ftapias.com

This request should include the following information: Your name and address or another means to communicate the response to your request. In case of reasonable doubt, documents proving your identity or, if applicable, the legal representation of the person making the request on your behalf. A clear and precise description of the personal data for which you seek to exercise any of the rights mentioned in the previous paragraph.

Any other element or document that facilitates the location of your personal data, if applicable. If you request rectification of personal data, you should also indicate the modifications to be made and provide supporting documentation, if applicable.

7. Responsibility

By providing us with your personal data, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old and that the data provided to FTAPIAS is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Furthermore, if you provide FTAPIAS with personal data related to third parties, you must have the consent of said third party(ies) and convey this information to them.
